Private Desk

The private desk is a desk to store the items that we use to take care of ourselves, in the context of a dressing table and to work with our mind, in the context of a writing desk. The desk is made of white oiled ash wood and grey powder coated steel. It has a centre piece, which is forming the working area and is containing a drawer for the computer, padded with cork, and a lid with an integrated mirror, as well as storage containers for beauty products. On the right side a wooden stick construction is holding a metal tray with three boxes, which can be used for jewellery and accessories and can be taken to wherever they are needed. On the left side two metal drawers are attached to the table. Here the table is offering space for bigger items; the more private items can be put in the lower closed drawer and items, which have to be in easy reach can be placed on the upper tray. The table does not take up too much space but provides enough space to organise ones personal belongings and to have a free workspace. It has a simple construction method and is functional in different living situations and contexts.
