Yuyao Polyculture

The project area is located in a peripheral position compared with the Yuyao center, which covers an area of 119,000 square meters. The client has expressed the desire to insert inside the district a residential area, small business, a shopping mall and two towers used as offices. The difficult is being able to give a homogeneous elements so different morphology, coexisting from one to another, engaging dynamics that would make this place a center district. Organic forms, simple lines, lightweight materials with brilliante colors, all allowing itself has the visual impact of welcome, despite its large size and the large footprint on the ground. The focus, the node, the reference point of this area is the Piazza, interpreted as a gathering and meeting place, designed with fountains, green spaces and lighting effects, if necessary to make it a multi-function place that can accommodate, performances, concerts and festivities.
