DESCRIPTION: The project area is located near the center of the city of Monfalcone and was part of the debate concerning the recovery of large urban wastelands.The office building, like a scenic backdrop to the city, is located near the commercial building. The road passes through it, creating the impression of a ìportalî. The proximity of the commercial building and the spaces dedicated to other activities, provide a collective benefit. The residential space, consisting of 7 buildings with a total of 250 apartments, surrounds a large green area; all the existing trees have been conserved. The buildings have been placed according to a logic respectful of nature, the culture of physical activity and the limiting traffic as much as possible.
