EN - This house is one of our project done in Liguria along the sea, in a spectacular place near Genoa. The project has been very influenced by the proximity of the sea and the presence of enchanting landscapes which belong exclusively to Liguria region and on their own consist in doing the half of the project. This is, also, one of the most protected places in Italy, and there the superintendence controls projects very carefully. The project of a new house has been a very interesting challenge, also in this situation. This planning consists on a complete refreshment of a residential building which as been realized in 1960/1970’s, with a private garden and a swimming pool. The existing structure was considered well preserved and our project foresaw to maintain the existing volumes, to redo the functionality to the whole, and to update the design of the building by adding new windows, by opening double height spaces and by creating a new garden-roof. IT - La villa qui presentata fa parte delle architetture realizzate da 3ndy Studio lingua il litorale ligure nei pressi di Genova. Ad influenzare fortemente il progetto è stata certamente la presenza del mare e dei panorami incantevoli, che appartengono esclusivamente a questa regione italiana. E’ anche uno dei luoghi più tutelati in Italia, dove la Soprintendenza vigila con occhio attento. Anche in questo caso progettare una nuova abitazione è stata una sfida di grandissimo interesse. Il progetto prevede l’integrale ristrutturazione di un edificio residenziale costruito negli anni 1960-1970 con ampio giardino privato e piscina. Ritenendo ancora valida e ben conservata la struttura portante, l’intervento di tipo conservativo prevede principalmente il mantenimento dei volumi esistenti, la rifunzionalizzazione e l’aggiornamento del design d’insieme, grazie all’inserimento di nuove finestre, all’apertura di spazi a doppia altezza e al nuovo tetto-giardino.
