Due to the specifics of the facility , its location and accessibility , as well as the possible independent structure , the architectural character of the town is trying to fit into the environment and the “Sahat Tepe” hill , the other - to stand out as a focus of downtown. Importance is the fact that the building is visible from the main pedestrian street of Plovdiv to the hill . The terrace is located in the highest place to reveal the maximum view of the hill . This yields and stunning terrace emblematic place in the city center . The composition of volumes creates a sense of emphasizing the pass as stylized modern arch . They looked and white accents , which are vertical and located in the middle part and recreate classic keys . White slits continue and shall expire on the stairs and around the building. Floor platforms would be white in the front line , transparent , filled with a reinforced glass , which suggests an even greater fretwork . Volumes and copy symbolize the dynamics of the rocks of the hill , emphasizing fundamental approach to it. The structure is as unobtrusive as it is hidden in the white elements that accentuate the horizontal and vertical.
