Several facade designs were explored and analyzed.. The one selected has a solid monolithic volume with a simple, strong visual identity. Clavier Hotel is in the center of a small city. It is a landmark building. Its presence gives character and identity to the city. The duplex suite rooms with roofgarden enjoy the panoramic views in all directions. The building is currently under construction. expected completion May-June 2014.
