The villa comes from an old stone building built since the 17th century. The client required a solution that combined modern aspiration to a vein of ancient stone slabs. The building has two large apartments and common service areas, all arranged on three levels. The possibility of expanding the volume has been used to add only the parts of vertical and horizontal distribution, allowing the full exploitation of living space. A large sail of concrete and glass rests to the main building connecting the bedrooms and living rooms. It space designs a thin membrane dividing the interior to the exterior. The large window frames the view of the mountains which ideally leads to the large kitchen on the ground floor.
