The intervention area lies to the North of the city of Lissone and to the East of the city of Desio. The initiative is placed in a strategic position with regard to the infrastructure of the surrounding territory. In addition, the reorganization of the exit A52/SP5 at the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo, made through the creation of the trade center Auchan, started up a process to improve and decongest the traffic functionality of the S.S. 36. The architectural project, agreed with the public administration, consists of the construction of a commercial building of 4 floors above the ground and 1 basement for a total area of about 3.000 sqm. The commercial value of the spaces is raised by its locationat the route SS36. The outstanding play of differents shades of red makes the cubic form particular. Large windows make the natural light flood in.
