The building is located between two streets alongside a newly created City park. It is located in the northern part of the site, leaving the southern half as a garden area. Outwardly shown as two distinct volumes corresponding to the main nave and the attached building containing the changing rooms. The small slope of the site is designed so that the basement has, through its south orientation, light and ventilation. The main nave contains two pools, a 25 × 12, 50 metre competition pool, with six lanes, and a 12, 5 × 5, 00 metre learning swimming pool. This space opens onto the southern light through a large glass in the façade and several windows overlooking the park. El edificio está situado entre dos calles de nueva creación junto a un parque municipal. Se ha ubicado en la parte norte del solar dejando la mitad sur como zona ajardinada. Exteriormente se muestra como dos volúmenes diferenciados correspondientes a la nave de vasos y al cuerpo anexo que contiene los vestuarios. El pequeño desnivel de la parcela se aprovecha para hacer que la planta sótano tenga, a través del sur, iluminación y ventilación. La nave de vasos contiene dos piscinas, una de competición, con seis calles, y dimensiones 25 × 12, 50 metros, y otra de aprendizaje de 12, 5 × 5, 00 metros. Este espacio se abre a la luz del sur mediante de una gran cristalera en esa fachada y una serie de ventanas que miran al parque.
