The house built in the 60's was in very bad condition with superstructures while excessive splits of space dampened the huge potential that the Villa offered. Being able to give a contemporary touch and freshness to the house,  led to drastic decisions, such as giving effect of continuity between the kitchen,  living room and first terrace overlooking the garden, using the floor as a connecting element. Another decisive solution was the choice of sober materials , neutral tones to be able to lighten up,  visually,  even the old structure,  giving new life to the entire building.
