Milan changes, the big factories are reconverted, fractionated, and industrial spaces become creativity places. The brick building from “Conceria Pacchetti” Factory built in the early 1900s keeps the atmosphere dark and decadent from a city that has developed around its industries and gradually abandoned them. It is the future world that gives life to these places of change. Moleskine® is the company that wants its new headquarters here. Spaces must remember the tradition of manufacturing, blue overalls, but with the standard of light and comfort of a large modern office. Light and history are featured in this project: with a continuous space where you can always, at any point, look outside and see if it is sunny or rainy or if the leaves move with the wind of the avenue; Working with surfaces, like painting and rediscovering the beautiful rough ceiling slabs; In super technological raised floor, hiding all the installation cables. Interior design in collaboration with Arch. Franco Achilli.
