The appropriation of 900 square feet available for deployment of the house happens so straightforward. A rectangular prism perpendicular to the alignment of the street shelters the functions of the house upstairs and bottom, occupying only half the land and releasing the other half for leisure and landscaping. The higher volume seems to float over the ground floor, which makes clear the architectural party: one bar. The metal structure works as a succession of frames that structure the house and serve as edges for volumetry of the academy, in the house coverage. From this space, formed by a roof garden and a fence cobogós blue, has a spectacular view of the Pedra da Gávea and surroundings. By intense insolation Rio, the west facade was covered with adjustable brises in order to have the correct solar incidence in the house. Thus, a dynamic facade makes the house fits into the surroundings and provide adequate thermal comfort for residents. The aggregate values such as the chromatic materials, texture, and transparency were chosen because of its intentions pursueds in each space. The materials are sincere. The concrete, glass and steel are shown in its essence, without intermediaries. The house was conceived as a urban house for the coexistence of a couple with 02 daughters and enhances the relationship with the environment as it establishes a direct relationship on the ground floor and rooftop visual relationship
