The Design Station Wallonia paves the way to the new urban district close to the Calatrava’s Guillemins railways station.

Creating a link with the public outdoor space, this building will host an area dedicated to exhibitions.

It is no longer conceived as a flat surface, but as a volume that has to be lived and crossed along the three dimensions.

The exhibition hall covers different levels thanks to a conical volume “subtracted” at all workshops and offices floors.

This is the first time in Belgium that a building has a textile facade.
