Polifunctional Space: residential, business, services, culture, recreation, education, tourism, sport, health, exhibition. Expression of a new eloquent way of living which doesn’t result imitation or the consequence of hybrid compromise, destined to the creation of better quality space, answering the needs of man, functional and equal with modern technology. Orientated towards the study of new forms for a complex organised structure of space which permits infinite combinations and points of contact, flexible in time, able to give reality to a new dimension and improving quality of human life. A systematic and multidisciplined approach represents an indispensable guarantee for the total quality in all sectors of architecture, a fundamental element today. THE “4 VELE” Generally the architecture is turned off at sunset. The bright of the night transfigure the setting, erasing architectural forms and their meanings in the urban contest. The “4 vele” has found its way of surviving the sunset and of preserving, and actually amplifying, its relationship and active dialogue with the city and life all round. The “4 vele” is sited at a point of strategic importance and is intended to become the focal point of Sousse Town, a new residential and business centre. It comprise al large exhibition centre, a hall for cultural and sporting events, and an international conference centre, each housed in a separate costruction. Also on a functional level, the confirmation of the complex rationally resolves the articulation of its component parts.
