The purpose of this project is a synthesis of the theoretical foundations of design improvements and green city's land, exploring the experience of foreign countries in this field, and development and planning of the land. To achieve this goal, I have set the following objectives:
- To analyze the current state of the Sovskiy district and the upper cascade of Sovski lakes, to approach urban planning study;
- Analysis of contemporary methods of planning green areas in developed cities; search and study analogues;
- To develop proposals for landscaping and planning organization of the land (master plan), suggest architectural and volumetric solutions.
