(Av. Jose Pardo and Malecon de la Marina)The building have 20 floors, and 4 departments per floor, with different areas 114m², 168m², 226m² and 244m², 9 duplex with almost 400m². All the apartments count with parking lots in the building.The desgn, by Vértice Arquitectos, was based on the location, the usability, the future maintenance, and the confort of the people.
