Since then, we have continued to grow by integrating the latest technology, blending modern execution with the Italian heritage of unparalleled artisan stonework, thus opening the door to new realm of possibilities for designers and architects. A HISTORY WRITTEN IN STONE Our journey began in 1995 as a local marble handcraft company, where our founder Marcello Bressan was focused on creating the best in artistic stone craftsmanship. Today, the second generation of the family has successfully continued on this path by integrating the latest technology, blending modern execution with the Italian heritage of unparalleled artisan stonework, opening the door to a new realm of possibilities for designers and architects. We have continuously evolved our ready-to-ship range to include artistic stone mosaics and decors, floor and wall tiles slabs of various sizes, finishes and innovative textures in almost 40 stone shades. Along the way, we’ve been privileged to work with design professionals around the world for one-of-a-kind projects that push the limits of stone design to a higher level of finesse and aesthetics. STONE BECOMES ART For more than 20 years, the craftsmen at Petra Antiqua have used their technical finesse and attention to detail to deliver stone designs that are instantly recognizable for quality of materials and flawless execution. From a wide variety of the finest marbles, limestones, granites, sandstones and travertines, we work with interior designers, architects, builders and their clients to shape unexpected solutions that fit seamlessly with the character and mood of the finest traditional or modern designs. DISTINCTLY ITALIAN CRAFTSMANSHIP Our process includes the customer in every part of the journey, from design to staged delivery, providing absolute satisfaction with the results. After careful listening to your needs, our technical team will analyse the environment where the selected product will be installed, advise on technical aspects for the project and produce a 3D rendering for your review. During the handcrafted production phase, our team will make sure to deliver a complete stone solution to the installation site, with all pieces cut to size, so the installer can work by following the project plan to detail and minimizing stone wastage.
