Dipl.-Ing. Peter Olah Art.D.
is an industrial, product, and interior designer with plenty experience of collaboration with international companies such as ŠkodaAuto, VW, Audi, Ford, Gotive, MontBlanc, DeltroMedics, Gebra, Davidoff, Vitra, Lasvit or glassworks Kvetná. These are just a few that represent his more-than-10-years operating on the design scene. Except for design he is engaged in architecture and graphic design projects. Peter cooperates with many creative people and therefore is capable of meeting all types of clients’ requirements from business concept creation, through design of the entire product, from architecture to overall corporate identity.
His designs have received international awards: among others the ICSID Design Excellence award, the Slovak National Prize for design or awards of National Designcenters. These permanently take part in exhibitions all over the world, such as Milano Design Week, London's 100Design, Frankfurt's Ambiente fair and published in design and architecture magazines. With his theoretical work focused on corporate identity in the car industry he gained his doctorate from the Slovak Technical University. Peter is a frequent guest lecturer at universities and global conferences discussing the connections between design, industry and society. Among these he is active as external tutor and project leader at the Slovak Technical University.
