Patrick MacLeamy joined HOK as a designer in 1967, after earning a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the University of Illinois and studying abroad at both Ecole des Beaux-Arts Superieure in Paris and the American Academy in Rome. In 1995 Patrick was appointed to the HOK executive committee and was soon named chief operating officer of the firm. In 2003 he was selected CEO.
