Nicholas Bewick was born in England, in Newcastle Upon Tyne. He undertook his architectural studies at Canterbury School of Architecture and is a member of the RIBA. Following his initial professional experience at Michael Hopkins Architects in London in 1985 he moved to Milan to undertake a Master in Design at the Domus Academy. After completing the course he started his long term collaboration with the architect Michele De Lucchi. He recently led the aMDL team designing the UniCredit Pavilion in Milan and is presently Art Director responsible for the research and conception of Italian and international architectural projects. A personal interest in system construction led him to design the recently launched 6x6 product for Roversi srl.
