Natalie has over 15 years experience in the architectural industry. Prior to co-founding Brcar Morony Architecture, Natalie spent most of her career working on residential projects of varying size for some of the leading multi award winning design firms in Sydney including Tzannes Associates and MCK Architects.

Whilst working at MCK Architects Natalie was involved on a number of high end residential projects at various stages and was the project leader for Q House, Honiton House, Black House and House Acute.

Natalie involves herself in all stages of a project from schematic design through to site and construction administration. She works closely with clients and consultants to resolve the spatial planning and functional brief requirements, managing project deadlines and budget while also exploring ideas of volume, materiality and light with the final intent being a beautifully crafted project.

Over the last 15 years Natalie has developed a sound understanding of materials and knowledge of specialist contractors and suppliers and backs up her designs with the experience of how to detail and deliver the realised design. The knowledge of specialist furniture and fittings suppliers allows her to be able to provide the full design service down to loose furniture and soft furnishings selections to compliment the architectural project.

Natalie is a registered architect with the NSW Architects Registration Board.

Natalie is currently tutoring part time Architectural Technologies in the Bachelor of Design degree at the University of Sydney.
