Alberto was born in Verona in 1967 and he harboured a dream to become a designer from an early age, he studied at Liceo Artistico in Verona, arts high school architecture path, where he developed his creative abilities towards architecture, design and graphic communication of the product.
Alberto has and high know-how focused mostly in particular on glass and lighting but in these years he experimented with many other materials such as metal in all its finishes, crystals and design materials for instance cocoon.
A passion for glass manufacturing handed down from father to son until nowadays when Alberto Turina, spurred by his wish to make topical the learnt tradition with an up-to-date sensibility, starts his designer activity making works in full observance of the classic rules with a neatness of lines and present-day chromatisms. It’s a creative path that carries Alberto to create the Turina Design, a reality where his vision can be fully expressed.
