Michele Merla

MICHELE MERLA nasce a San Giovanni Rotondo (FG) nel 1969, si laurea con lode in Architettura presso l’Università degli Studi di Firenze. Dal 1999 inizia il suo percorso professionale mettendosi in proprio; realizza diversi interventi nell'ambito di interni e residenze e partecipa a diversi concorsi nazionali ed internazionali ottenendo vari riconoscimenti. Nel 2010 fonda lo studio “7DIMENSIONI” specializzato nella progettazione architettonica e nell’interior design. Tra i suoi ultimi lavori la progettazione di residenze private, casa Geisha, casa Cassano, casa Daniele, uffici vari, la nuova sede di Tele Radio Padre Pio, il concorso internazionale per il museo Serlachius Museum Gosta in Finlandia, dove viene selezionato tra i 55 finalisti su 579 proposte pervenute, il Mell resort & wellness, con il quale riceve il secondo premio al PIDA 2013 – PREMIO INTERNAZIONALE ISCHIA di ARCHITETTURA, il Padiglione della Danza a Ginevra in Svizzera. Nel 2019 la rivista INTERNI lo seleziona con casa Daniele e Mell resort & wellness insieme a 104 studi italiani e internazionali per il catalogo "ARCHITECTURE WORK IN PROGRESS WORLDWIDE 2019-2023". Nel 2020 riceve dalla rivista Britannica BUILD il PREMIO PER L'INNOVAZIONE NEL DESIGN ARCHITETTONICO CONTEMPORANEO 2020 – ITALIA. His latest works include the design of private residences, the Geisha house, the Cassano house, the Daniele house, various offices, the new headquarters of Tele Radio Padre Pio, the international competition for the Serlachius Museum Gosta in Finland, where he is selected among the 55 finalists on 579 proposals received, the Mell resort & wellness, with which he received the second prize at the PIDA 2013 - ISCHIA INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE AWARD, the Dance Pavilion in Geneva in Switzerland. In 2019 the INTERNI magazine selects it with Daniele and Mell resort & wellness house together with 104 Italian and international studios for the "ARCHITECTURE WORK IN PROGRESS WORLDWIDE 2019-2023" catalog.
