• Responsible for Architectural Design and Implementation of a number of residential residences, warehouse facilities, private elementary and secondary schools, hotel and restaurants.
• Interior Design of a number of retail shops, residential residential residences and offices.
• Specialized design of laboratory facilities and clean rooms
• Implementing procedures for tendering out the projects.
• Cost control and cost benefit analysis of new developed projects and renovations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation.
• Developing and utilizing a network of Contractors and Sub- Contractors.
• Co-Ordination with other Engineers in Cyprus for developing and implementing new interior and exterior designs based on clients request and Legislation procedures.
• Vendors’ management and approval.
• Good knowledge of materials and their implementation
• Supervision of works
• Project Management, coordination and negotiation with clients
