MARC KUSHNER, AIA, is a partner in the NYC based architecture firm Hollwich Kushner and CEO of Architizer.com. After graduating from Harvard's Graduate School of Design he spent time working at J Mayer H Architects in Berlin and Lewis Tsurumaki Lewis (LTL) in New York City. In 2009 Marc and his partners founded Architizer.com, a revolution in the way architects communicate their work. Architizer is the first crowd sourced database for architecture online. Since its inception, Architizer has started a fundamental reevaluation within the profession of how architecture is consumed, and remains the fastest growing platform for architecture online. Marc teaches at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, lectures on the topic of social media and architecture across the country and sits on the board of Goods for Good, a non profit serving the children of Malawi.
