Konstantinos Labrinopoulos was born in 1970 in Athens, Greece. A graduate of the School of Αrchitecture, National Technical University of Athens (1994). He continued his studies in the United States and in 1996 he received his Master III degree in Advanced Architectural Design from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Los Angeles. After working freelance from 1998 to 2001 he created Klmf architects in collaboration with the architect Miltos Farmakis. In 2007, when the collaboration ended, the firm was renamed KLAB architecture. In 2006 he was one of the co-founders of the movement ‹Athens 9› which culminated in an important workshop in the University of Patras. In 2007 he participated, by invitation, in the 5th biennale of Young Greek Architects. He has given lectures in the University of Timisoara and the University of Bucarest (Roumania) and has presented papers in design conferences in Greece and Cyprus.
