-Architect by the Barcelona School of Architecture (1982), and Master in Architecture and Building Design by the Columbia University (1985).
-Architect of the Department of Urban Projects of Barcelona City Council (1987-2004), and of the Service of Public Space of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona (2004-2007), working on public spaces and public facilities of Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
-He has taught industrial design at Elisava school, landscape design at the Graduate program and at the Masters degree at the Barcelona School, and design of public space at the graduate program of Barcelona School and at the Master of Urban Design at the UPC Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
-He is a lecturer on public space in different European cities.
