Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Kraków Technical University (PK) in 1983. In 1982–1989, was an assistant and later designer at municipal Miejskie Biuro Projektów atelier in Kraków. In 1977–1978, held a designing internship with GRM Kennedy & Partners in Edinburg (UK), and in 1986 – in Jan Noordman Architektenburo Architectenbureau s’Hetogenbosch (the Netherlands). In 1987–1989 was a designer at the Miejskie Biuro Projektów, and in 1989, worked as senior designer for American Bechtel Ltd on a contract to build the petrochemical complex in Baghdad. Co-founder of JET Atelier (1991) and Ingarden & Ewý Architekci (since 1998) run together with Krzysztof Ingarden. Member of the jury in numerous architecture competitions.
