Itzik Peretz
Itzik Peretz, the Company's founder and acting CEO, is an economics and business school graduate who, as a young student at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, followed his heart to the world of construction. After graduating, Itzik Peretz became a successful building contractor managing projects all over Israel and in Africa. These were the days of the massive "Aliyah" (organized immigration) from Russia, when Israel was flooded by the demand for more apartments and building contractors had their hands filled with project.
The next turning point in Peretz's career was in 1996, with the high tech boom in Israel and the increase in demand for high standard and luxurious living -- the outcome of economic prosperity. The new style of building required widows in different sizes made of various materials, and there weren't enough producers who could deliver these requirements. Peretz quickly filled this void: firstly as a provider who imported solutions for architects, and later on as a producer as well. During this time period, even architects lacked the technical knowledge required to turn their vision into a practical solution.
Peretz, an ambitious autodidact, offered architects end-to end services: from planning to installation and service support. This required tremendous investments, but doing this helped him build an impressive portfolio that easily attracted clients. This extensive portfolio of projects was the fundamental base on which the Perfect company was established.
Today, the Perfect Company is a cutting edge building firm and a leader in the area of premium construction; it is also home to Israel's most innovative and daring architects.
