Born in 1970, Hendrik Gackstatter studied Science of the Arts at the Technische Universität, Berlin before completing his training as photographer at the Lette-Verein, Berlin. He worked as photo designer while founding “mazeway multimedia” in 1994 – mainly working on web and multimedia projects for clients such as “Haus der Kulturen der Welt”, and cooperating with the “Internationale Stadt Berlin”. Hendrik Gackstatter joined e27 in 1997.
