Gordon Abbott
As the founder of Neat, I lead the creative direction of the studio, bringing my experience from nearly 25 years of practice across a spectrum of building types, design disciplines and locations around the world.

Prior to forming Neat, I was a design director at Pringle Richards Sharratt Architects, where I led teams that completed a huge variety of projects. These include Workspace’s flagship collaborative workspace at Metal Box Factory in London, the office interiors across all 24 floors of the Shard, and number of exclusive private residences in Belgravia, the Alps and Kent.

I completed my architectural training at the Architectural Association in London, and prior to that studied at Bath University, the American University in Cairo and the Tolentino School Universita IUVA in Venice. Before returning to London, I worked in Brunei on a diverse range of projects including a private hospital and stables for 200 hundred polo horses.

I am a Professional Studies Advisor at Cambridge University School of Architecture.
