Dom Barra
Domenico Barra is a Neapolitan [dirty] new media artist, educator and visual content creator. His works have been published in The Creators Project, Motherboard, Bullet Magazine, Hyperallergic and Digicult and have been part of several curatorial projects (DAM Gallery in Berlin, Media Center and Transfer Gallery in New York). He organized Tactical Glitches, the first glitch art exhibit. In 2016 he was sent to the SAIC (School of Art Institute of Chicago) as visiting artist. One of his 3D printing projects, created with the organization Mighty Kongbot, was selected for The Additivist Cookbook. In 2017 he entered the Hard Disk Museum of Soliman Lopez with the project 09/09. He teaches Glitch Art and Dirty New Media at RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts.
