Born in Erlangen, Germany, Daniel Eltner graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Münich. After his studies, he founded his own studio, Destudioeltner, in 1994, where he dedicates himself to product design for many companies such as Rosenthal, Sabattini Argenteria, WMF, Longchamp, Moser, Vista Alegre and Microsoft. In 2015, the German designer began a proficuous collaboration with architect and designer Alessandro Mendini, with whom he created the Diavoletti Family vases, included in the Cappellini catalogue.
