Educated at Chulalongkorn University, Chanasit’s early experience included work with the Architects 49 Limited. Early in his career he excuted a series of spectacular private residences. These houses typically feature refinements of and variations on tropical modernist principles. In 2008, Chanasit joined AA (Architectural Association School of Architecture) in London to explore deeper on the sustainable design in tropical environment. His sustainable study for the low-income housing in Bangkok has been widely recognized. It was published in Ken Yeang’s book “Green Design: From Theory to Practice” and “The Architects’ Journal, the home of British Architecture” and also exhibited in London and Tokyo. Chanasit joined Stu/D/O as a co-founder in 2010 and concentrated on residential design specializing in sustainability.
