Under his direction, Neo Architects was chosen by the renowned architecture, building, and land development firm Haynes Limited, based in Arkansas, USA, as local partner for the development of exclusive residential projects along the pacific coast of Costa Rica. Mr. Mendieta is currently sole partner of Neo Architects and has complete autonomy within the company.
