A refined control of detail, the study of materials, light and an idea of form and balance come together to bring my creative vision to life in every project. There is a challenge which comes with marrying and preserving all of these factors, but it's the challenges I relish; from Architecture to interior design and industrial design to visualization.

Instances and experiences of life allow me to render new shapes and cast new lights into the world of design, and I enjoy the entire process.

-Barbara Fumarola

During her studies in Rome she had the opportunity to collaborate with P.I.U. Office, where she worked alongside her thesis Co-Examiner, Stefano Benatti (2006 - 2014).

Years of working collaboratively in this way has left her ready to tackle urban planning and projects of large-scale, participating in various international competitions to test the skill she had so carefully nurtured.

She worked on a number of projects, including: Offices, Luxury Apartments, Lobbies, Shopping Centers and Restaurants, and is a professional well accustomed to working collaboratively. It has been essential to liaise with with groups such as: Exclusiva Design and Ire (Innovation Real Estate SpA).

Working at Zerocinquearchitetture and CreedaDesign Offices in Rome, her architectural research and innate passion for design began to flourish thanks to the use of modelling and rendering programs. Specialist courses of study to update and use 3dsMax – V-Ray – After Effect, aided her search for and exploration of realism.

From 2017 she has worked as Architect and Visualizer in a freelance capacity for both Italian and international clients. She is now looking for new experiences, particularly with clients in the Netherlands where she wishes to build her future home.
