Architect Antonio Albertini was born in 1949 in Como, where he lives and works. The development of his interest for drawing started from his professional experience, a field within which graphic representation is fundamental for the architectonic idea, both in its spatial dimension and in its communicability. Over the years, drawing became Albertini’s instrument to discover the world of symbols, where a graphic sign, a shape, or a color have an evocative value for the viewer. It is from this scenario that the research for new graphic motifs started and finally led to the collection designed for Tecnografica, following the idea of a decoration that amplifies the architectural space and enriches the dialogue with users.
