Born in 1973 in Moscow. In 1990, entered the Moscow Architectural Institute. During studies at the institute, participated in and won various architectural competitions, including international competitions. In 1996-2004 worked for the architectural bureau ABC Group (since 2001 as a chief architect). In 2004, together with Sergei Tchoban, created and became an equal partner and general director of the "Ilyin. Tchoban.” bureau. Since 2006 has been working at SPEECH, heading Studio №1.
