Alex Mowat

Alex is the founder and creative director of Urban Salon. He is an ARB-registered architect and studied at the Royal College of Art in London and the University of Kent. Alex worked at Sir Michael Hopkins & Partners and Alsop Zogolovitch before setting up Urban Salon in 1996. He has led the design team for many of Urban Salon’s award-winning projects including Bermondsey Island housing and the Falmouth School design studio.
