Abraham Metta Cohen

He obtained his Professional Title, in 1991, with the thesis “Urban Project in the Alameda.” He earned the award for “Best Thesis Of The Year” granted by the association of former students of this same university.
He collaborated to the project area of various offices during 1988.
In 1989, he co-founded Migdal Arquitectos, S.C. with Jaime Varon.
In 1993 he became Grupo Inmobiliario Metta Coordinator, within leave his activity in Migdal Arquitectos.
In 1994, he became a member of the Colegio de Arquitectos, in Mexico, and a sponsoring partner of the Sociedad Mexicana de Arquitectos ( Mexican Architects Society ).
Between 1995-2000, he participates in courses at the Harvard Design Scholl of Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, (The Airport Terminal and Environs Marketing Strategies for Architects, The new Office Building with Eugene Kohn KPF).
Since 1998, he is advisor of the Federación de Promotores Industriales de Vivienda A.C. (PROVIVAC), ( Federation of Housings Industrial Promoters ), today CANADEVI. In 1999 he also becomes advisor of the Asociación Mexicana de Parques Industriales Privados A.C. (AMPIP) ( Mexican Association of Industrial Private Parks ). Today is Central-Soud Region Vice-president of this organization.
As Grupo Inmobiliario Metta Development Coordinator he has realized more than 100 developments, between them, 8,000 houses and 500,000 square meters of Offices, Industrial Complexes and Commerce.
He has participated in every real estate aspect since the site acquisition, concept and design, financing, publicity, building and commercialization in diverse typologies such as Public and Income Housing Developments, Residential Projects, Corporate Offices, Commerce, Industrial Parks, and Tourist Developments.
He has received diverse National and International mentions and recognitions, between them, Latin-American Quito Biennial 1998, IMEI National Prize 1998, Obras CEMEX Award 2003, Industrial Developments ADI Award 2003, between others.
Between 2007-2009 he became President of the “Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios” (Real Estate Developers Association).
