This diploma thesis consists in the prospect of railway transport in Tirana and the design of new train station influenced by the multimodal '>http://concept.This'>
concept is about the integration of different types of transport where different from the old train station in Tirana which offers just ticketing waiting area and administration services already this new station would have included all types of transport train tram bus taxi and underground parking also there will be many other functions like bars restaurants shops ect.So the train station architecture design has gone beyond the main functions but depending on the needs of the station will also have additional functions that will have social and commercial impact in area as well as in the life and development of the city thus creating a high quality life for residents of the area a good place to live work and play. The idea is that the object will not serve as a barrier between the area of train tram bus and the other side of the object contrary it will serve as a connecting area between them because it will be '>http://accessible.Also'>
the architecture of the object is possible to see as an expression of modern technology reflected in the structure and use of new materials. The context where the station is designed has a very important role in the conception of the object which should not seem like nothing there but it should be influenced by the context and why not to create the context this is the motto of my '>http://project.Finally'>

important thing discussed in this research is the development role of this station in international national regional level in Tr-Dr and Tr-Rinas corridor as well as local level in Tirana which will impact on reducing the dependence on the private automobile air pollution as well as reducing the '>http://traffic.Espacially'>
in the designing area Kamza turnaround which is considered as a really problematic area in terms of these components as being the only road that leads to Kamëz as well as in the north of Albania has a huge overload circulation so for this reason it is suggested the introduction of several small rings that would relieve the traffic area . So the development of this terminal is very important because it will cover the entire inter-urban traffic in northern western and south-western part of Albania which occupies 75% of the flow of passengers as well as to re-qualify the area and life in it.
