The provincial administration of Varese has renovated its premises at Villa Recalcati, a prestigious eighteenth century building protected by the Superintendency of Fine Arts. The make-over project has also contemplated a new congress hall and Council chamber.
The works contracted out to Sacea interested the interior construction work, furnishings and systems, as well as the design and supply of high-tech multimedia supports: the reconstruction of internal walls, the installation, planning and varnishing of solid wood flooring and platforms, the fixing of doors and windows, the supply of electrical and air-conditioning systems, multimedia supports, customized curtains and furnishings, as well as the councillors’ furnishings and seating equipped with electronic voting systems.
The social and political importance of the meetings held in this location has called for a particular attention with regards to the quality materials, to the workmanship and to the finishes, not to mention the reliability and technological content of the various systems supplied. It was also of fundamental importance to coordinate the different groups of workers employed for lengthy periods on such a prestigious site
