After winning the pitch for designing Villa K, in Varkiza, S-Archetype was selected to realize the vision of the young, progressive client for a daring and evocative alternative habitation solution. Apart from creating a sophisticated structure that would reflect the client’s vibrant personality, S-Archetype, was asked to focus on conceiving, designing and developing a residence that would embrace the outdoors as an important component while being kept private and functional.
The 270 square meter, modern house, maximize every square meter of the site intelligently featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a lap pool and great outdoor recreation and entertainment area.
