Background:
The plot of land is located in the western side of Mexico City in Bosques of the Lomas, looking to the northeast towards the street: Paseo of the Tulipanes being 17.99m long with the official number 16, It’s 875.00m² of surface and a zoning of H2/40%/350.
Project Description:
The project is compost of two rectangular prisms placed one over the other making an “L” shape. The house has three levels organized in the next way:
- Basement Floor
This is the level where the parking is located, with space for six cars. It has a room for the driver with complete bathroom, a machine room and a water tank. There is also a games room with half a bathroom and a cellar.
- Ground floor
In this level is where all the semipublic activities in the house take place. All the services are located here, a family room with T.V., kitchen, diner room, a living room and a small deck for a BBQ in the outside. This is the general floor of the project and its 1.60m above the street footstool.
- 1st level
Here the bedrooms are located, with a principal bedroom that has bathroom and an independent dresser. Two twin bedrooms with independent bathroom and dresser each and a forth bedroom also with bathroom and his own dresser. There is also a T.V. living room and a small study.
Antecedentes:
El predio se ubica en la zona poniente de la ciudad de México en la colonia Bosques de las Lomas, orientado hacia el noreste, cuenta con 1 frente: hacia la calle de Paseo de los Tulipanes siendo esta la de frente de 17.99 metros con el número oficial 16, contando con una superficie de 875.00m² ; cuenta con una zonificación H2/40%/350.
Descripción del Proyecto:
El proyecto está compuesto por un par de prismas rectangulares, emplazados uno sobre otro, formando un esquema de “L”. La casa se compone a partir de un programa sencillo, contemplado en tres niveles, y organizando esto de la siguiente manera:
- PLANTA SÓTANO n.p.t. -3.325m
En este nivel se localiza el estacionamiento, que da cabida a 6 automóviles. Se contempla también un cuarto para chofer, con baño completo, un cuartote máquinas, así como cisterna. Hacia el fondo del terreno, un salón de juegos con bodega y medio baño.
- Planta Baja n.p.t. +- 0.00m
Es el nivel en el cual se desarrollan las actividades semipúblicas de la casa, en esta planta se localizan los servicios, un cuarto familiar, con sala de T.V, cocina, sala y comedor, así como un pequeño deck a manera de plataforma para un asador. Al aire libre. Este es el nivel general de todo el terreno, y se encuentra 1.60 metros por encima del nivel de banqueta.
- Planta 1° Nivel n.p.t. +3.15m
En esta planta, se localizan las habitaciones, integradas por una recamara principal, con baño y vestidor independiente.
Dos recamaras gemelas, con baños-vestidores independientes, y una cuarta habitación también con baño y vestidor independiente. En esta planta también se localizan una sala de T.V. así como un pequeño estudio.
