The single family residential project is designed with the intention to create a house with minimal maintenance needs and a striking look. The distinct look is achieved through the large blind wall which offers a monolithic and compact mass appearance.
Clad in white Corian 4.8 by 1.8 meter panels, the huge blind wall has two openings-the main entrance and a single window. The Corian panels were pre-assembled at the factory and sent to site in two pieces. All the exterior windows and doors have a black Laminam skin setting a contrast to the white exterior and blind wall. The gross internal floor area of the house is 811 square meters.
