This three-story house is part of an historic 'borgo' (hamlet) comprised of several stone buildings. The house had not undergone any renovations since the 1950's or 60's. Our design brief was to renovate the building to meet current seismic standards and a level of energy efficiency that would make the project eligible for governmental tax breaks.

Questa struttura di tre piani fa parte di un borgo storico di edifici in sasso. La casa non aveva avuto altre ristrutturazioni dagli anni '50-'60. Il nostro compito è stato quello di curare una ristrutturazione completa, tale da rispettare le ultime norme antisismiche e raggiungere l'efficienza energetica per accedere alle detrazioni fiscali il 55%.
