Architect Michael Lees founded ARC-ML in Berlin in 2004. ARC-ML has undertaken numerous, significant masterplanning projects in Europe. The UK office opened in 2009 located in Tunbridge Wells near London. In the UK a masterplanning project of note is Strand East, adjacent to the 2012 Olympic Site.
